Metal Boning–Continuous PE coated

Description

Used in Corsetry or Costumes where  support is required

PE Coated white

Cut with Tin snips and file edges.

Either attach a ‘U’ shaped metal bone Endcap to the ends or dip in Tooldip plasticote

The boning should be secured properly if using as hooping. Overlap by a good 3-6″ and secure well with strong tape.

Available in  widths – (approximate) –2.6 mm, 5 mm, 7 mm

Width -2.6mm x 1.4 mm

Width -5 mm  x 0.95 mm

Width – 7 mm x 1.06 mm

PLEASE be cautious working with the 2.6mm spring steel boning as it is strong and springs out when unraveling .
