Glitter vinyl

Description

This Glitter vinyl is made specifically for clothing applications.

Dark Silver, Silver and Gold

It has an adhesive backing and thick plastic cover over the glitter to allow you to cut out your design without the material tearing.

This film also protects the glitter vinyl from the heat when pressing it onto your fabric.

A heat press set at 130 – 150 degrees C for 15 – 20 seconds will ensure it is bonded.

An iron without steam and using a protective sheet will also work depending on the fabric the vinyl is being used on.

Any heat sensitive material–ie-Lycra and synthetics must be practised on beforehand as the heat might cause the material to buckle and distort. Some nylon and synthetic material are too delicate to withstand the heat and so will not bond.

It is ALWAYS a good idea to practise on a sample  before using so you can adjust heat and time needed to ensure adhesion.

Once set, allow to cool thoroughly before removing top plastic film from the vinyl.
