Do research as other websites offering net are not the same quality-be careful who you purchase from.

A 100% Nylon Italian net in 150 cm width only. Not a polypropylene net and it is not suitable for Pancake Tutus.

Please order samples to make sure this is suitable for your projects and to see colours.

This is a more delicate net and used mainly in between more robust net layers for colour variety..

As with all nets and fabrics do not place near open flames.

This is NOT a net fabric–please order a sample to be sure.

Cannot get anymore so when it is sold out it is to be removed.

A Polyester economy mesh with Foil dots in Gold.

Economy means the quality is ‘as is’.

Although mostly 1.55 cm wide the manufacturing holes can be a few cm inside the selvedges so making the usable width less.

Allow a usable width of 135 cm depending.

Gold Foil dot on Black

Can be used for decoration of the top layers in your Tutu or added in between them.

Gold Foil dot on Wine

Not to be used as a supporting layer.

The tulle is soft like Romantic #3 Tulle but is more of a mesh tulle.

It has selvedges which are easily cut off.

Some of the gold foil does come off.

The Black is wider than the Wine and Ballet Pink colours.

There are some folding creases in the way the Net is manufactured which are unavoidable. I try and allow for this where possible.

Last stock-orders will be sent in 2 or more pieces if not available as one piece. Unless I have emailed instructions not too, this will be done as the stocks run out.

The colour–Bordeaux/Wine is also available in 1.50m width (low stock)–(The 1.50 m width is half the 3 m width price so if you order 1 m you will receive 2m) )

There are two qualities of the 40 Denier Italian net– The Standard Original smaller hexagonal hole which gives the net a smoother feeling, and the Coarser hexagonal hole which has slightly more body to it. The coarser net I have marked with an ‘F’.

Some colours have dots scattered of the Finish applied by the manufacturer. These should not be visible when the tutu is made up and do not affect the quality of the net.

Coarser Italian net inside card-discontinuing Bahamas

Computer monitors vary and the colours are not always as they appear.

It is advised not to steam the net as it can soften it. It also weakens the net which can then tear more readily.

Shipping depends on weight and whether the net quantity can be folded in half.

If the net ordered has to go Courier (overweight or cannot be folded) and you were charged a flat rate for Royal mail then an invoice for the extra will be sent.

If the shipping comes up above £16.50 it is assuming a weight over 2 kg which cannot be folded and sets a Courier price.

If it can be sent with Royal Mail I will refund excess after other costs.

If you do NOT want the net folded in half please inform me on your order.

This is a hexagonal net the same quality as the 1.50m width.

Some colours are ‘softer’ in feel

Not best used on its own if flatter Pancake Tutu shapes are required.

This net needs extra support from a stronger net for Pancake Tutus.

It is not recommended that you steam the net as the extra moisture and heat will soften it.

Dyeing the net also softens its structure and is not advised. Always test a sample first.

Order a sample to be sure it is suitable for your needs.

Italian Lurex card

An Italian net/tulle. The feel of this lurex net is stiffer than tulle but lighter than Stiff net 27 gsm.

Silver shown on a white Tutu skirt

Adds sparkle to your Tutu skirt and can also be used as decoration.

Can be pleated into your top layers or used on its own as a plate.

The net holds its shape not like the Sparkle tulle which is softer.

It is not suitable to replace a layer of net in a Pancake Tutu–not stiff enough.

Weight is 23 gsm and it is 1.5m wide.

Available in Silver, Gold and Blue/Silver and Red/Gold–the red/gold is more a tan colour but over red net shows red. New colour Green/Silver.

NEW STOCK — The Natural WHITE is more white than before but it is still not a bleached optic white.

Some smaller pieces of Natural White on sale.–check size. – (Fabric shrinkage check) Add ‘1’ to measurement box for each piece.

White, Silk White and Black Cotton Bobbinette is 1.05 m – 3.25 m wide approximately.

There is a 18 – 20% shrinkage on the width after washing.

Hand wash in cool water.

As the widths change often please make sure you are aware of the current width available.

New stock of Black is 120 cm – 225 cm approximately

Cotton Bobbinette fabric needed —estimates—please check for your individual needs–

Approximately 0.80 cm x 1.08 m will give you enough net for a Childs size 8 years Tutu panty doubled up.
Depending on which way you use it you will need more or less. The stretch is usually used in the width of the Panty as leotards are
but some people use the stretch in the length running down the body.

Remember the give (stretch) is in the width

Essential to HAND rinse in 30 degree or cooler water before use as approximately 20% shrinkage occurs on the width.

This Cotton Bobbinette is light weight but it is an extremely strong tulle due to its construction method.
The Interwoven mesh is durable and has a natural give in it.
It is quite sheer and breathable and doubled up makes ideal Tutu Panties.
It is soft against the skin and tear resistant.
Easily dyed.

Some of the colours of the 40 Denier FINER come with creases from folding at the manufacturer. The net is not available on rolls and seems random.

As I have split the two qualities of Italian net into two sample cards I have separated the Listing.

Original Standard smoother finer net colours —White, Silk white, Beige, Pale Pink, Raspberry, Pale Blue, Lavender, Lilac, New Heather, Peach/Salmon, Jade/Teal, Royal, Dark Royal, Black, Apple Green, Lemon, Wine, Coral,  Aqua Sea Green-(Has a touch of blue in compared to the Coarser ‘F’ Sea green net colour) and New colour Turquoise.  (Slightly darker than the Coarser Turquoise net.)

100% Polypropylene (Nylon)

The Standard Finer net is more hard wearing.

Pale Pink pleated with Sparkle Tulle

Although this net is light it is more resilient.

As its so light it can be doubled up per layer to improve the stiffness

or used on its own but gathered more.

Standard Finer net– White, Silk White, Beige, Pale Pink, Peach/Salmon, Raspberry, Coral, Red, New Heather, Wine. Right side— Lemon, Apple Green, Aqua Sea Green, Teal/Jade, Lilac, Lavender, Pale Blue, Royal, Dark Royal, Black.

As with all Dance Costumes and Tutus –Never stand near an open flame.

Never over steam Net as it can soften it.

Courier shipping on two bales is above £16.50 and orders over two bales cannot be sent together. Two parcels will need to be sent and extra shipping charged.
