Pale Ivory tulle base decorated with beads, pearls, Rhinestones and seed beads.
Finely embroidered by hand. This is a sparkly motif which catches the lights.
There are Rhinestones sewn on which stand above the tulle.
These could interfere when partnering in a duet and catch on the net if used for decoration on a Tutu.
