I hope you can help me? My granddaughter is in a festival next week, her Tutu is royal blue but very plain! My daughter has asked me to put embleshments on it, but I need it by the end of the week, also need your advice on what I can do that won’t be too difficult, I thought maybe a scalloped edge around the skirt? Would that be hard for me to do? Also something on the bodice?
Would you be able to supply me with something? I can send a picture of the Tutu if it will help?
